When I made an urgent trip to Guernsey from the UK in April, my mobile provider "3" had arranged coverage with Cable & Wireless so that users could still use their mobile/cell. What they didn't tell you was that each minute you phoned home cost you 80p a minute but the best was that each call you received on your mobile/cell cost the receiver 30p a minute on top of what they were paying to call you. So yes they can easily charge you to receive calls. Welcome to my world ~ in 1 week I got a £200 mobile bill. Ange a.k.a. I would be looking for another phone company if that happenned to me!
