Second verse same as the first.....
Uninstall *ALL* listed modems, reboot.
If you don't have a CD that came with modem, then let Windows recognize/install 
it.
If you do have a CD that came with modem, do not let Windows install modem on 
bootup (cancel), but run the install from the modem CD instead.
