Can anyone tell me of some software that can CLONE my C: ?

I have a C:  I want an exact copy to put on another drive.

I will then make that other drive my C:

I will then reformat current C: and use it as the second 
drive in my PC.

I want to be able to boot to this Cloned C:  It WILL BE MY 
C:

I am not going to be able to make an image as I cannot boot 
to an image
drive.

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate.
