Again thanks for the response. I remember back when I first got this computer and realized that I only had a trial, I did something (brain can't think that far back 3 years ago) and I lost spell check in OE and had to do a reinstall so that's kind of why I don't want to mess with it. I will go ahead and delete Excel though. Windows Update knows I only have XP home and they keep telling me that I need to install Outlook 7 but I keep choosing to ignore it until I find out how much pre-work I need to, i.e. backing up, making a list. etc. Now I need to get packing and on the road!
