I use Open Office but would never consider myself a guru at it - I've had to 
fiddle with settings here and there and when I get what I want I just keep 
it that way.  I even got brave enough to play with their spreadsheet 
considering I never knew how to use Excel and actually was quite pleased 
with what little I was able to do - hey at my age small accomplishments are 
good :-)  Sorry I can't be of more help - maybe if you can list a specific 
question someone might be able to help and get you started - Dolores
