Might be autorun, not autoinsert.
If inserting a CD causes the CD drive icon (in My Computer) to update, then
autoinsert is working.
If double-clicking on the CD drive icon causes WTLIB to run, then
autorun works.
Some CD burner software will turn one or the other of these off or
require that you go turn it off manually.
