Do you mean you didn't temporarily turn off BitDefender's realtime protection while scanning with Avira and that this has not yet caused any problems? It *is* causing problems already even if you don't notice them immediately. It's slowing down the Avira scan a lot because BitDefender is unnecessarily checking each file Avira wants to scan before it lets Avira do that and making Avira wait before it allows access.
