Veal seems to be pretty hard to find here too. I don’t know that I’ve even seen
it over this side of the country, though I’m sure it’s around. In Perth, there
was only one producer located a few hours’ drive away that was actually good,
and I only knew of one stockist for it…
This was just beef shin. 🙂
