I love fresh mackerel and often serve it as a starter with braised leeks and
chorizo. Easy to do and very tasty. Dirt cheap here too.

Never had or cooked fresh mackerel, only smoked.

Pan fried for tonight’s dinner, topped with a dressing of soy,garlic, honey,
sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and lime juice, Stir fried veggies and coconut
chilli rice. Surprisingly really tasty.
