Never had or cooked fresh mackerel, only smoked.
Pan fried for tonight’s dinner, topped with a dressing of soy,garlic, honey,
sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and lime juice, Stir fried veggies and coconut
chilli rice. Surprisingly really tasty.
