yes, you are right but there are solutions.
... up to and including 5.0 you need to license the cluster >> No need to do
anything
... starting with 5.1 you need to license the whole VCenter >> Use a separate
VCenter for your Oracle cluster
... starting with 6.0 you need to license all VCenters >> Use a different VLAN
for your Oracle cluster and request a single approval from LMS for this
