I've applied it on most things, but we don't have the performance issues
most have, being a piss-pot organisation, so we've not really noticed it. :)

I applied it and run uptrack-upgrade -y which brought my effective kernel
to 4.1.12-112.14.11.el7uek.x86_64
Anybody else apply it yet? We are a small Linux shop currently so
applying it and the potential performance hit I am not too worried at this
time.
