Was the database originally created with a different DB_UNIQUE_NAME from
DB_NAME or was that added as a part of the DG setup (my guess). My
understanding is that Oracle uses DB_UNIQUE_NAME but by default DB_NAME and
DB_UNIQUE_NAME are identical.
