Mogens, I beg to differ. The "RTFM"  is invaluable tool for telling someone
to do his/her/its homework. This is a phrase with long history, extremely useful
for breaking the bozone layer and shouldn't be discarded just like that. I agree
that the Oracle documentation is, in general, completely useless for learning 
the
product, but there are other books which can be used for that purpose. There is
no excuse for not doing one's homework.
