Hello Alexis, Sonomed Escalon also has a USB B-scan option. http://www.sonomedescalon.com/ophthalmic-ultrasound/b-scan/master-vu-b-scan/ These USB B-scan units are great for portability and value. Each vendor essentially purchaces the B-scan from the same third-party manufacturer and the differences between them is the software that runs the show. If you are looking for seamless integration with Dicom or imaging view software, the USB B-scans are the best low-cost options. The other options are usually more expansive dedicated units with higher resolution and capabilities. These units are understandably more expensive and less portable than the USB B-scans.
