i use mine almost everyday as well, but for more routine things, like reading 
mail and paying bills, ug! It 
sure beats using a scanner for those sorts of things. Just skim to the part 
where you know the amount due is and 
voila. Then all you've got to do is put the detachable part into the windowed 
envelope and write a 
check, or nowadays pay by phone.
