I was going to write an epistle on this, and decided not to... There are many on this list who care not for free over-the-air television and what it brings to a country. There are several on "the Hill" who are beginning to understand it, however. Not all, perhaps not all that many, but I believe enough to make a 'partially right' decision. We will see... if anyone thinks that Washington can get it right, on their own, they little understand how Washington works... (I am just beginning to understand, after 7 years here!)
