But... we can't discuss each other's visual acuity, because 
we don't know the viewing distance of the other person ! 
The only thing that is not variable is the original image 
content, so I would have to go with Tom's theory that we are 
reaching a cutoff frequency where the image content begins 
to be significant. And since this is just an arbitrary image, 
and not too well focussed according to Doug, it can only be a 
coincidence that this cutoff happens between 480 and 544 lines.

I will generate it immediately, and mail it to Tom and Craig 
(oh, and to Bob Miller too).
