The number of ISP providers has NOTHING to do with Net Neutrality.

Here goes Craig again, claiming that something that has EVERYTHING to do with 
net neutrality, doesn't.

The general rule is simple, Craig. It's a wonder you haven't figured it out. 
Regulation is only required when competition is inadequate.
