[opendtv] Blue Ray and HD DVD regional coding

Not exactly a broadcasting topic but I am wondering if any of you can
clarify where Australia and New Zealand fit in the new Blue Ray regional
coding requirements?
We appear to have gone into a void in the spec. It would be neat if they
just ignored the requirement here as has been suggested by an unofficial
source. Perhaps Jeroen or Olivier could help please?
