[openbeosnetteam] Progress report

So, you can all now see what I've been doing as it's almost all in CVS now!
Basically we now have select started, though not working quite right
(Philippe??) and we have setsockopt and getsockopt almost implemented 100%.
There have been some additions to libnet and it's getting more complete as
time goes on, but there are places where I've hacked the code around a fair
bit! never a good idea when done late at night, and this was. Can those who
may know about things like f_getln please review what's been done and tell
me if there have been any mistakes? Thanks.
Well, ping now works! Or at least the part that sends does...
