This morning at Fern Ridge I found my first BLACK-NECKED STILTS (4),
WILSON'S PHALAROPES (4) and BLACK TERNS (3) of the spring.  There were
several hundred LONG-BILLED DOWITCHERS in bright, alternate plumage along
with a few LEAST SANDPIPERS.
