WEATHER CHANGE – Since the weather is changing many people might be trying to
understand where the herd is playing. For that reason, I would encourage you to
start using www.playtimescheduler.com<http://www.playtimescheduler.com>. It
allows you to
· See where people are playing
· See if there are enough people to play
· Email all people who are playing to change venues if necessary
· Set up special “Invite Only” games, and email invites.
It is simple, free, clear, and will probably save time for you, and help us all
to be more coordinated in our play time.

· W 7-9 AM Anyone can Play with reservation, 9-11 AM Beg-Int. Play
· Th 7-9 AM Advanced Play, 9-11 AM Beg-Int Play
· F 7-11 AM Anyone can play with reservation
· F 5:30-7:30 Open Play for 2 courts on south side of gym
· Sat 8-10 AM Advanced Play, 9-11 AM Beg-Int Play (one hour overlap)
