I thank all of you for your assistance.
I have entered all cal reports I needed to. Only two fields wouldn't
populate. I found out they are fields [time in store, and Manager's
name] that stays with my "third-party" contract company and doesn't
get forwarded to the vendor. The remaining report does.
Many questions have a circular field for "no" and "yes" and I clicked
successfully on the appropriate one. The comments section took
unlimited characters [!?!] and I entered time instore and mgr's name
there.
