[muglo] online reports

I recently upgraded to a G4 from a G3. Several sites I enter Call
Reports onto require a PC as they do not "support Mac".
However, until I upgraded, I had no problem using Safari and Firefox.
Now, after upgrading, I am running into a disturbing difficulty that
jeopardizes my work.
I am only able to enter one character [letter or number] into the
spaces that should accept up to 250 characters. I spoke to IT and was
told, "The website does not support Mac. I don't know how you have
been able to do it successfully up until now. We cannot help you. Get
a PC".
Is there any help available to fix this problem? I am trying to enter
"30" or "Mike". I can enter the three but when I press the zero, the
three disappears.
