To add on to out discussion, when I click on Call Reports, the
browser opens a new window for each report. While it is opening,
message pops down saying:
"The page “Call Report” has content of MIME type “application/x-
oleobject”. Because you don’t have a plug-in installed for this MIME
type, this content can’t be displayed".
I have always clicked OK and still been able to enter [more than one
character].
