Those are huge file sizes, Theresa. What format are the movies in right now? (that is, what is the extension on the name - ".mov", ".mp4"?) What program, if any, did you use to capture them? For example, if they were imported to your computer using iMovie, you can export a version for the web, which may reduce the file size significantly. Another way to reduce the file size is by changing the dimensions of the movie and/or the bit rate (data rate per second) using a program like Handbrake or VisualHub or even QuickTime Pro 7. Reducing the file size and/or bit rate will reduce, to some extent, the quality.
