You are correct ... and if you take this problem to a Windows group or
perhaps there's a Cloudmark support group, then you will probably come
across someone who has had this same problem and can help you.
Obviously no one in this group has seen this particular problem .... it
seems we have no Cloudmark users here. Sorry.

Which is why I left Cloudmark completely out of my original question.
I'm like the owner of a fancy Corvette who can't get a Sears socket wrench
to work while fixing the car. I have come to a "Sears" group, hoping that
the fact I was using the socket wrench on a Vette didn't mean I needed to
find a Vette user group, or even worse, a Vette/Socket Wrench group or even
a Vette/Sears Socket Wrench group.
The input from this group has been very helpful and I totally thank everyone
and apologize if I have upset/offended/annoyed anyone. I am not "on" any
Windows groups and have not encountered any Cloudmark groups.
My (probably wrong) habit is NOT to find a group and post, but to find a
group and lurk a couple months, then, after assimilating more of the group
culture and style, to post. I posted here because it related to Outlook and
because I was a long member of and knew/trusted this group .. and because it
is an OUTLOOK question.
For me, it is just a few more email and since I already get 1000+ per day
and delete many without even opening (much as I throw away much postal mail
without opening) a few more email here or there doesn't impact/bother me.
Again, I'm sorry if it has upset/offended/annoyed anyone else.
