Thanks a lot for this information, I'll archive it for now because this is a bit over my head. Right now, I don't have a clue about PowerPoint and how it works, and the Jaws help file tells me to go to Microsoft for answers, and I don't think I need to express sentiment on that futility. I'm still searching and I'm going to use the google microsoft search and see how I come out. I need the basic basic basic guide to PowerPoint.
