And even MORE exciting...let me give you a tease here and tell you all
that Greg has built a WAY COOL solution for all Word users! He's built a
Word template that checks your computer, gathers all your Word option
information and prints it into a Word document in a very nice format.
VERY COOL!

And it'll be extremely useful for many types of users! Developers can
use it to check options when programming. Newbies will be able to more
easily understand all that's going on with Word to learn how it works.
Regular users can use it to easily verify all their settings. And system
folks can run it on a computer when a user is having problems to help
tons with diagnosing problems.

You can run it, print it and then look it over to see all that's going
on with all your Word options...including file locations like where your
temp files are, where the backups are saved, where your templates are,
where your graphic filters are...and many things that don't show up in
Word's options dialogs...tons of great/useful info!

He's fine tuning it as I speak and it'll be available free to all
TechTrax readers the beginning of February when the new issue of
TechTrax is out. Be sure to look for the article with the link to
download this very cool utility.

Oh...and he's been going nuts with cool utilities cos' TechTrax will
also have his great Word backup utility to use Word to backup your
computer and also a cool little utility he wrote as a request...The Word
Crayon...that allows you to colorize any words in a document. Some
playwright wrote us asking about doing this in Word to colorize all the
actor's names so they could easily see the color for their parts. Greg
was feeling generous and had time and wrote him the code. We'll be
giving this away, too, to any user via TechTrax in the Feb issue. DON'T
miss it! (www.mousetrax.com/techtrax)
