Hi PJM....I've heard the old method of just making a subfolder in your templates folder does NOT add a tab in 2002...I'm assuming that's what you mean when you say the "old way"? I *thought* I'd seen a workaround for this somewhere...but I will be danged if I can find it now...but I will keep looking (and hoping maybe someone else in here saved it and comes forth...LOL) Linda Publisher ~ ABC ~ All 'Bout Computers Owner ~ Linda's Computer Stop http://personal-computer-tutor.com FREE MS Office eBook Tutorial http://personal-computer-tutor.com/library.htm -----Original Message----- From: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of PMillen@xxxxxxx Sent: Friday, January 24, 2003 8:50 AM To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mso] Word 2002 - Creating A New Template Tab Does anyone know how to create a new template tab for company-specific templates in Word 2002? In addition to the standard tabs (General, Legal Pleadings, Letters and Faxes, Mail Merge, etc.) I would like to have a tab that contains my custom templates. The method I once used doesn't work in Word 2002.
