Hi Ray,
1. I've tried both ways. It still unsuccessfully. Is it due to my
document is in two column in one page?

2. If using the WordArt, the text still show in bold eventhough I have set
it as my regular text font and font size.

Thank you.

1. You have to tell it you want to print on A4. This is down to your
printer. Once you've followed the last instruction, hit the 'properties'
button and make sure you are telling the printer to take the paper form
an A4 drawer.

2. I didn't know you wanted the text rotated. In a text box, you can
rotate it 90 degrees only, but if you need a different rotation, then
you'll need Word Art. If you experiment with the settings, such a font
size, and resize the Word Art, you should be able to match your document
fonts eventually!

Ray
