Hi Ray,
1. I have tried this way but it still print out in A3 size paper.
2. I have use the text box. However, I cannot have the rotate function to
rotate the text position.

1. Yes. From the File-Print dialogue, you need to use the 'scale to
paper size' pulldown and select 'A4'.
2. If you just want regular text, don't use Word Art - use a text box
instead.

Kindly advise for the following two questions.
Q1) I have created two columns on one page in A3 size. Is there anyway

Q2) I am using WordArt to create the text "Satu (1) Hakmilik Sahaja" in
Word 2000. The word looks thicker and odd as shown as below. Is there
anyway I can create it like the normal text when we type in the text in
word program?
