[mso] Text missing on the screen, computer problem or MS problem?

I don't know quite how to say what's goin on here, but I'll see what I can
do. A couple users in my office have reported this and I've seen it,
they'll be working on a document in Word and after x amount of time in the
program working on it as they scroll up and down making changes text will
just disappear from the screen, sometimes it will appear a screen down on
top of other text. The text is still in the document (verified by selecting
all and pasting into notepad), but it's just gone from view, or corrupted in
view. I don't have anyone else in the office complaining about this (yet),
so I'm thinking it's a problem with the computer's (they are brand new
Compaq's), ram or video. But I wanted to be sure no one has a regular
problem with this in Word XP, I've never seen this in any version of Word
myself.

Thanks.
