I can help with this one, but you have to put the table in Excel first
(that's very easy, just copy the whole table to the clipboard, open
Excel, right click in cell A1 and choose 'Paste' from the shortcut menu.

Now go to the articles page on my website: http://www.grbps.com/articles
and choose the fourth one down ("Excel Formula Development") which
covers exactly what you need to do and covers all the complications of
mixed middle names, initials, etc.
