[mso] Sorting a table in Word

Is it possible to sort a table in Word with the following issues:
The table is comprised of address labels.
The names are entered (as you might imagine) First Name first.
There is no consistency to the formatting of the names themselves:
ie, one entry is [First Name] [Last Name]
another is [First Name] [Initial] [Initial] [Last Name]
and another is [First Name] [Initial] [Last Name]
[Title]
User wants to sort these based on the last name.
