Looks like you're using Word as your email editor Victor... If that's
the case, then I have no idea where the Bcc option is... Sorry!

James is right...it should stick once you turn it on.  (and to turn it
on,
just go to the View menu INSIDE the mail and choose BCC)

Just getting familiar with Outlook XP from 2000, how can I have the BCC
field automatically there when I click on a new email message?
