That was it... Thanks, I knew I was looking in the right place, just
never realized that WORD was set up as the email editor.

Looks like you are using Word as your email editor. Turn that off in
Tools>Options>Mail Format...then set the BCC field in the View menu
Tools>Options>inside a
mail...then you can turn Word back on and the BCC will stick
