You are right, I have not done any Windows programming at all. I have had 
all the others it seems like, PL/1, Fortran, Cobol, Pascal, etc. This was 
before the advent of Windows.

I am pretty good DOS batch programming, but that by no means will 
accomplish my goal of writing custom cemetery software.

Let me look at this from another direction. I cannot travel. Knowing that, 
where should I look to take Windows programming courses? I can go to a 
class locally, if there was one.

I am not mad at you, I minored in human communications, and you would have 
thought I understood what you said right off the bat. Seems to me the 
longer at look at old email the more likely I owe -you- an apology. <g>
