Go to View/Arrange by and setup a custom view with a > Filter to see only Unread mail. That isn't it. I have the unread messages view already. Try this... In an unread msg view, mark one of the messages as read. It changes from bold to normal font. In Outlook 10, marking a message read in an unread view made the message disappear from the view. It was very easy to zip through messages with only "realtime" unread messages visible. Hard to put into words... Do you get it? ......Peter ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
