How are you copying it? If you go to a web page and go to Edit>Select All
in your browser, then Edit>Copy, then go into Word and go to Edit>Paste, are
you saying the pictures don't come thru?
I haven't used Word 97 in a long time, so maybe it was different back then?
If so, then I would right click on the images on the web page and choose
Save Picture As and save them to your hard drive...then go into the Word
document where the pictures are missing and click where you want to put a
picture and go to the Insert Menu and choose Picture>From File and browse to
the pic you saved on your hard drive.
