<<The printer drivers are the same for several systems that print to the same printer without incident.>> Ok...if the printer drivers work with this particular file on SOME systems and not on yours, then there's a good chance the printer drivers on YOUR machine could be corrupt...try reinstalling the printer drivers on YOUR machine. That is, if what you are saying above is that this particular file works on other machines but not on yours. The easiest way to do this is just go to Start>Settings>Printers and highlight the printer that's giving you the problem, then hit your delete key. That will delete the drivers on your machine. Then shutdown your computer and reboot and, if the printer is installed locally, Windows will automatically detect it and reinstall the drivers for you. If it's a network printer, just go back to Start>Settings>Printers and click on the Add Printer Icon and choose the Network Printer and reinstall it. Some people don't realize that the printer icons you see in that window are not really the "printers" but just the drivers, so deleting them and reinstalling them is the easiest way to see if you have a corrupt printer driver. That would never have occurred to me on my own. I recreated the template already and still get the error. The printer drivers are the same for several systems that print to the same printer without incident. I plan to un/re install those on this particular system when the productivity folks go home at the end of the day. When the error crops up again, I'll get the details. The only other thing I haven't done is try the same process on a different computer. I had to go with a Plan B in order to clear the backlog of work. ...story of my life you know? /g ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
