Hi All, especially Word Gurus. We print envelopes to a Pitney Bowes 790 printer. The data for the envelopes comes from a mail merge. Because of our network, sometimes it's easier with a small print job to copy merged envelopes document to a new document and print locally. Here's the problem. We have a template of the envelope size, alignments, etc. that we paste the copied envelope document to. Because the original document is the same dimensions and alignment, the paste works and most of the time, the envelopes print just fine. Sometimes though we get a word.exe error. The problem seems to be because of a stray paragraph mark in the very last section of the pasted document. The last section of the document is blank except for that stray paragraph mark. I've tried six ways to Sunday to get rid of that last page to no avail. This problem does not happen if we print the same document to our Hewlett Packard 4300 printer. Odd, no? Word 2000 with latest patches. Any thoughts or advice appreciated. /g ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
