There is difference between an in place upgrade and move mailbox method. = For one, you can rebuild the original. In place upgrades are = nortorious for having issues. (need I mention the reason the upgrade CD = has a Rev A???) As far as SMTP, have you looked at your recipient policy to make sure = the correct domain addresses are being generated for your users? Are your users use the MAPI client? or POP3/IMAP/SMTP?
