[modeleng] Re: RH&D accident

A suprising number of these 'kind' of cases seem to come back with the
same verdict, which is at odds with how you'd think they'd go, given the
facts that get reported.

Is there something that we don't know about the whole death by dangerous
driving thing, like you can only be convicted of it under certain
circumstances that just don't apply to cases like this?
