I have got this error loading caf file (mira aborts on first entry in it):
Searched for read kp15_s313U but did not find it?
Unable to find Read in Pool
Internal logic/programming/debugging error (*sigh* this should not
have happened).

Program aborted.
This file was succesfully loaded by 2.45 and 2.46.
I've tried with another one (output caf generated by 2.46 to be sure it
is not gap2caf problem) and got the same error. Mira aborts reading the
first sequence.

sorry, forgot to mention: it is x64 version & fedora 8
