I left out a step in my process,first I iron toner on the pads, then I
cover with resist, then cover that with a transparent mask and then cure
with the sun. Everything cures except where the pads are covered with
the film mask. Then I scrub reveling the uncovered pads. The
manufacturer just needs the drawing with pads only. Jerry K5LRU

If the manufacturer do the same as Jerry explained, he might need the
drawing with pads only.
Sandeep, if he needs this drawing as pdf you can use a virtual pdf
printer, like Bullzip, and print it from Eagle. I can do it for you if
you need.

another way to say it Sandeep is the pads are covered with a mask so
that when you spray the green solder resist on the botton of the board,
none of it gets on the masked area's,the pads. The way I do it is print
a mask like you did and iron transfer it to cover all the pads, then I
apply the resist over the bottom and let it cure, then remove the mask
with a solvent uncovering the pads. Jerry K5LRU

This done after TINNING of Copper-Tracks.
'Green color masking is done on entire copper side of PCB
except on PADS, Green ink resistive masking is done as to resist
soldering except on pads...
we can skip also, but personally I prefer coz PCB won't get Oxidase in
near future. etc
