Having worked in marketing & communications, and in politics, I am very aware
that how something is presented is important, but I’m also very aware that how
something is presented isn’t the same as what it actually is. I would suggest
the spin that MET is placing on the report is as suspect as a newspaper
headline that simply declares “Methodists Agree to Same-Sex Marriages” without
digging into precisely what the report actually does.
