Hello,

there is one method to read the entire document and that is command + the down 
arrow. This will actuall read in the system voice and cannot be interacted with 
as it is reading. Another method is to use the track pad commander. To do this 
you must enable the track pad commander then swipe two fingers down on the 
track pad to read from where the cursor is to the end of the page. This method 
will work best for reading from where you are to the end. To jump to the top of 
a page use FUNCTION + Shift + the left arrow. To jump to the end of a page use 
the same thing but replace the left arrow with the right arrow. To page up Use 
the Function + Option + up and down arrows. Hope this helps a little. THis may 
differ depending on how you have voiceover configured but in general this 
should work. If not let us know on the group and someone will be able to help.
