I thought we were talking about the Flu Vaccine. Sorry for staying on topic.

But the pharmaceutical companies -- for whom 5 million dollars is lunch 
money -- surely don't give one shit about the public health initiative. If 
it was, they would cure diseases, rather than maintain them.
